Administrative employee/CPA with experience in preparing financial statements and tax declarations.
The candidate must ideally have consolidated experience in the complete preparation of financial statements,, budget & reporting, tax calculations and drafting of tax returns of all kinds (both VAT and direct taxes), both for natural persons and legal entities, denoting an in-depth knowledge of ordinary work processes and operating tools (Office, TeamSystem or similar management systems, etc.). Both university graduates and candidates with a high-school specialised diploma are being considered, provided they have proven experience in particular in the field of professional studies.
The candidate may be involved, within the framework of the firm’s organisation and also according to his or her professional aptitude and growth logic, in other and different areas of activity relating in particular to ongoing tax and corporate consultancy, due-diligence and extraordinary transactions (M&A). The candidate must have a strong propensity to work in a team within an organised context. Both employees and self-employed collaborators are being considered. Knowledge of foreign languages, in particular English, is very welcome.
Audit Officer.
The candidate must ideally have a good level of experience in auditing. The resource will be placed, as a prevalent activity, within the specialised team that organises and manages the cycle of audit activities in charge of the Firm. The candidate must be familiar with auditing processes and principles and have a good knowledge of ordinary working tools. We consider both university graduates and candidates with a specialised High-school diploma, provided they have proven experience in particular in the field of auditing. Registration in the register of statutory auditors is a preferential consideration.
