We are looking for an accountant to join the firm’s accounting services division. The figure sought must have consolidated experience in general accounting and in particular execution of periodic and VAT reporting requirements. Requirements are.
– high school diploma or college degree;
– predisposition toward innovative IT tools (the firm has implemented AI technology in the cycle of accounting services offered);
– (preferred, but not necessary) knowledge of Teamsystem and/or Profis and institutional portals, to perform the activities;
– (preferred, but not necessary) at least 2 years’ experience in accounting firms, with full responsibility for accounting and administrative aspects;
– Accuracy, flexibility, reliability and seriousness in work;
– Ability to manage deadlines;
– Problem solving and teamwork skills;
The main place of work is at our Florence office (Via Pier Capponi 73). However, the sought-after figure may also be required to be available to work at the office of the Firm’s clients (also in the City of Florence).
The proposed placement is on a full-time salaried basis, with a contract in accordance with the CN professional studies. VAT-registered positions are also being considered.
The figure sought must have consolidated experience in the complete preparation of financial statements of corporations, including ordinary ones, interim financial statements, tax calculations and drafting tax returns of all kinds (both VAT and direct taxes), both for individuals and legal entities, denoting a thorough knowledge of ordinary operational work processes and tools (Office, TeamSystem or similar management systems, etc.).
We consider both candidates with a university degree with a qualification as a certified public accountant, as well as candidates with a secondary school diploma in specialized subjects, provided they have proven experience in particular in the field of professional studies.
The candidate may be involved, as part of the Firm’s organization and also according to his or her professional aptitude and growth rationale, in other and different areas of activity related in particular to ongoing tax and corporate consulting, due-diligence and in extraordinary transactions. The candidate must have a strong propensity to work in a team within an organized environment. Consideration is given to both employees and self-employed associates. Knowledge of foreign languages, particularly English, is very welcome.
The position sought must have a good level of experience in auditing (ideally at least 2 years). The resource will be placed, as a prevalent activity, within the specialized team that organizes and manages the cycle of audit activities in charge of the Firm. The candidate should be familiar with audit processes and principles (primarily national, but possibly also international) and good knowledge of ordinary operational working tools. Graduates as well as candidates with a secondary school diploma in specialized subjects are considered, provided they have proven experience particularly in the area of auditing. Registration on the statutory auditors’ register is a preferential consideration.
The candidate may be involved, within the Firm’s organization and also according to his or her professional aptitude and in logic of growth, in other and different areas of activity related in particular to tax consulting, corporate, due-diligence and in extraordinary transactions. The candidate must have a strong propensity to work in a team within an organized context. Consideration is given to both contracted employees and self-employed associates. Knowledge of foreign languages, particularly English, is very welcome.
